There are 4 new prescriptions that have been scanned into the computer to be filled.
However, the pharmacist taking the verbal prescriptions did not verify the spelling of the patient's name and afterwards could not find them in the computer system.
The patients are now at the pharmacy counter ready to pick up their prescriptions.
Your job is to interview each patient and get ALL of the information needed to properly identify and verify them in the computer system.

To speak with the patient, type your question in the box below the prescription and either press the enter key or click the "Click to Ask Question" button.
You do not need to worry about capitalization or punctuation. However, spelling is important!

Once you have collected and documented all of the recommended information for a patient, click the "Check Answers" button.
If the box changes to "CORRECT" then all entries were correct!
If the box changes to "ERROR" then at least one entry is in error
To receive credit for the activity you must generate a certificate of completion which contains a completion code by clicking the button on the bottom of the page.
Note: a certificate will NOT generate until all check boxes indicate "CORRECT"
