SCHOLAR-MAC - Correct Questions to Ask Patient   For each step in the patient assessment process, select an option from the drop-down box and listen to the pharmacist.   For each step, there are 3 possible choices. One option is correct while the other 2 options will be asked incorrectly (i.e. close-ended, poor terminology, etc.).   Once an option is selected, click the "Check" button. If the correct option is selected the text box will display "CORRECT." If not, the text box will display "ERROR." To complete the activity and receive a completion code, all steps must display "CORRECT."   WARNING! Any error will prevent you from getting a completion code. If you make an error, you must refresh the page and start over :(
