Instructions

Using the prescription on the left, check the pharmacy generated prescrption label for a spelling error.

Below the pharmacy label there is a selection box listing 5 possible spelling error locations: 1) patient name, 2) doctor name, 3) drug name, 4) dosage form, and 5) SIG.

From the selection box select the location of the misspelled word.

Once you have selected an option click "Check Answer" under the prescription.

If the grade box changes from "Ungraded" to "CORRECT" you may proceed to the next prescription.
If the grade box changes to "ERROR" then an incorrect option was selected.

IF THE WRONG OPTION IS SELECTED, THE PAGE WILL RESET AND THE ENTIRE ACTIVITY MUST BE REPEATED!

When the answers for all prescriptions display "CORRECT" you may print a certificate of completion by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.
