Instructions

Use Lexicomp Online to determine which of the 4 auxiliary labels (show above) needs to be included on the following prescription drugs

CS Drug Required Warning = see "Preparations" then "Controlled Substance"
Medication Guide = see "Medication Guide and/or Vaccine Information Statement"
Take with Food and Do Not Chew or Crush = see "Adult Patient Education" then "How is this drug best taken?"

Click on each auxiliary label that should be included with the drug.

A selected label will turn green.
To unselect a label, simply click on it again.

Once all appropriate labels have been selected, click "Check Aux Labels"

If the box changes to "CORRECT" then all choices were correct!
If the box changes to "ERROR" then at least one label is in error (either a wrong label was selected OR a required label was not selected).

To receive credit for the activity you must generate a certificate of completion which contains a completion code by clicking the button on the bottom of the page.

Note: a certificate will NOT generate until all check boxes indicate "CORRECT"
