Isoniazid 300 mg tablet, one tablet by mouth twice daily, give at 0700-1700
Mifeprex 0.125 mg tablet, one tablet by mouth 2-3 hours before bedtime for RLS, give at 2000
Priftin 150 mg tablets, four tablets by mouth twice daily, give at 0700-1900
Gabapentin 100 mg capsule, one capsule three times a day for seizures, give at 0700-1500-2300
Accuretic 20 mg-25 mg tablet, one tablet daily, give at 1700
Diazepam 10 mg gel, apply topically at onset of seizure. May repeat x1 in 4-12 hours. Give only if needed.
Ortho-Cyclen 28-Day tablet, one tablet daily, give at 1000
