Instructions
Patient was prescribed Ditropan XL 5 mg Tablets in error.
Print out and use the checklist to identify iSBAR topics that were OMITTED. CLICK HERE FOR RUBRIC
Select the ommitted step in the drop-down box below.
When you have finished selecting, click the "Check Answers" button.
If the grade box changes from "Ungraded" to "CORRECT" all your selection was correct.
If the grade box changes to "ERROR" then the selection was incorrect. To discourage guessing, if a wrong selection is made then the page will reload and the activity must be repeated.
When the grade box shows "CORRECT" you may print a certificate of completion by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.
